Ontogeny in phylogeny
Participants connect via video call and follow the instructions of the host, who guides them through the patterns of living beings' development.
Preparation for the practice
-
The practice takes place without music. The facilitator accompanies the participants with verbal instructions almost all the time.
-
The practice lasts for 60-75 minutes. Of these, in motion - about 40 minutes, the rest - an explanation before and a feedback about the experience gained - after.
-
For the practice, you need comfortable clothes, an empty space in the room, about 2*2m, and preferably a room with a closing door, which no one will enter for an hour.
